The Ceilidh Evening in Pummery Square, Poundbury. Saturday5th June 2004. Organised by the Brownsword Events Club.

The Filming on Poundbury was for a German Drama called "Dem Himmel So Nah" (So Near to Heaven) based on a story by Rosamunde Pilcher. You may find that you can see the film on SKY channel ZDF in the autumn 2004. Thank you to Angela Howard-Bent of Dashwood Productions for giving us this information, Dashwood Productions provided English extras for the filming.

Filming in Pummery Square outside the Marketplaces office that was renamed the Northwood Gallery for the day.

Here you can see how they covered the opentop car that they were using with plastic to keep it dry as a small rain shower passed by.

Filming in Longmoor Street.
